Our Approach to Supervision<\/strong><\/h6>\n

The journey to becoming licensed can be a stressful\u00a0 and arduous one. It can also be very rewarding. Our skilled licensure supervisors can help you deal with the stressful and arduous so you can focus on the rewarding! We provide individual, triadic, and group supervision, in person and virtual, that meets the TN Board requirements for licensure. Based on your needs, progress, and career goals, we will develop an individualized plan that can not only help you reach your licensure goals but also prepare you for that independent practice career after licensure.<\/p>\n

Our supervision approach is supportive and nonjudgmental. It focuses on building clinical and administrative skills, integrating knowledge of ethical\/legal considerations, identifying professional development goals, meeting Tennessee licensure requirements, and identifying and pursuing career goals. We also build awareness of the career development as personal growth through cultivating awareness of self within the context of the counseling relationship.<\/p>\n

Our ideal supervisee would be open and willing to learn new approaches, skills\/techniques, and grow through challenging themselves to explore their strengths and growth areas.<\/p>\n

LPC\/MHSP Licensure Supervision Group \u2013 Now Enrolling!<\/strong><\/p>\n

This virtual supervision group is designed for pre-licensed counselors and licensed associate-level clinicians pursuing LPC and\/or LPC\/MHSP licensure in Tennessee. The group supports clinicians in developing their professional identity, exploring a range of theoretical orientations, and supplementing individual clinical supervision.<\/p>\n

This group meets Tennessee licensure requirements for LPC and LPC\/MHSP group supervision<\/strong> and is intended to be used in addition to required individual supervision<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

This is an open group (ongoing enrollment)<\/strong> with up to 8 participants.<\/p>\n

Duration:<\/strong> 60-minute monthly virtual sessions
Frequency:<\/strong> Once per month
Cost:<\/strong> $60 per session<\/p>\n

Discount:<\/strong> Former and current supervisees of Aimee Isenberg or Katya Brewington receive $10 off each session.<\/p>\n
